Today, I uploaded my indie show from youtube - ViXDiary, with fully originally composed music, sounds and to be frank EVERYTHING.
The show includes stop-motion and 2D animation and has never been copyright claimed by YouTube nor ever will be because it doesn't have any copyrighted material. And yet, newgrounds took it down accusing me of stealing music when I had a person compose FOR ViXDiary. The fact that their beautiful soundtracks are out on their bandcamp should not validate a removal and I demand that a real person look into this. I emailed newgrounds support staff and will see how it goes, but this is extremely unfair and disrespectful. Issues like these need to be highlighted because automated bot moderation always yields atrocious results and real people need to look into it instead. Art is made by humans, not robots, and should be reviewed as such.
